Hi Luz

Well I started writing you an email about panic, but then I got a bit confused and decided to leave it to another day.

Then I came back here and found this text about panic.

Well this is how my panic was:

I would feel like if the floor was moving, or like if it was burning and I couldn't quite remain still and calm, I felt like I wasn't supposed to step on the floor, like I was unworthy to do so, like if I was gonna fall backwards, like if I wanted to disappear - especially when other people were around.

What helped me a lot was to focus on my feet, really feel my feet touching the floor, really feel like I was worthy of stepping that very piece of floor. and for some reason that would really calm down my mind.

That was enough dancing for that time - standing still and feeling my feet. Learning how to feel less of a hostage. Learning to own back my space, to be powerful again. practising to feel my body and my soul stable and whole as a mountain.

It hurted for a while, felt really awkward, sometimes I felt like I was gonna vomit - but most of the panic went away with time.

I hope that at least most of your panic goes away too.

I even dance now, sometimes :)

best wishes to you!
