I think it’s more valuable to write about how I see the world because of what’s happened to me.  In writing a rape survivor’s narrative, I forgot to give a rape survivor’s perspective.  I forgot myself.

    Luz,

    The other day I noticed I could only help a friend because of what my perspectives became after my abuses.

    Crazy, huh?

    Same with a friend – he only could help me cheer up once because he’s been through depression too.

    I’ll think of writing something about what this friend of mine told me of what he learned after his depression… I’ll share once I make it…
