A few weeks ago, I was in a pretty bad depression. It was around that time this was recorded.

1 Minute of Depression

I was pretty down, so I turned on my iPhone’s Voice Memo application so I could feel like someone, something, was at least listening to me.

I’m glad I have this to share with you. I want to convince you that you are not alone. I hope someone’s always there to listen to you, because this wasn’t even my worst bout with depression, but I felt so scared and so alone. I hope you feel like you can always find a friend here. If not here, there’s a great forum on which you can remain anonymous. I listed it in my blog role at the bottom of the sidebar. I highly recommend it. Good people with good advice are there, including myself.

Oh, and listen to this recording. The end of the recording is pretty low. What you hear me say is, “I just want to die.”

I hope you feel free to share your depression with me, as I do with you. But if you can’t, that’s okay. You’ll come when you’re ready to not be scared anymore.
